Terms and Conditions — 999d Online Gaming Platform

Welcome to 999d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999d ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the 999d website at https://999d.click, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on 999d, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

To register and maintain an active account on 999d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999d operates a strict 18+ policy across all games and services. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any funds returned via the original deposit method.
• You must be a natural person (not a company or organisation) creating an account for your own personal use.
• You must be accessing 999d from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to confirm this before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from 999d or any associated platform at the time of registration or ongoing use.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of 999d or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners.

999d reserves the right to verify account information at any point. Verification may require submission of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts under verification review may have deposits and withdrawals temporarily restricted.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your 999d profile promptly. 999d accepts no liability for failed communications or payment processing resulting from outdated account information.

999d accepts deposits via the following Pakistan-based payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 999d's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

The minimum deposit amount on 999d is Rs 200. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, though 999d reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding Rs 100,000 in any 30-day period.

Deposits are credited to your 999d wallet instantly for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within 1–2 hours for IBFT and card payments. 999d does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 999d does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities or loans.
• Failed deposits due to payment provider issues should be reported to 999d support with the transaction reference number for investigation.
• Deposited funds cannot be used to generate interest or any financial return other than through legitimate gaming activity on 999d.

999d is committed to fast, transparent withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow the same timeline. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 1–2 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on your bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount from 999d is Rs 500. There is no standard withdrawal fee charged by 999d, though your payment provider's standard terms apply.

Withdrawal processing is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method registered in your name.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• 999d reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals requested while a security review is active on the account will be held pending resolution of that review.
• If 999d reasonably suspects a withdrawal request relates to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse, the withdrawal may be frozen pending investigation. 999d will communicate the reason for any delay.

999d offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, tournament entries, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the offer details. Unless stated otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 30x applies to all bonus funds.

Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer, bonus funds and any associated free bets expire 30 calendar days after being credited to your account if the wagering requirement has not been met by that time. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your balance.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
• 999d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, Baccarat and Poker may contribute at a reduced rate compared to Aviator or Fishing Games. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus offer.
• 999d's decision on all bonus matters is final.

Each game available on 999d — including Baccarat, Poker, Andar Bahar, Aviator, Fishing Games, Ludo, and all betting markets — operates according to specific game rules that are displayed within the game interface or game information section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

General gameplay rules applicable across all 999d games:

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has begun.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, 999d's system will complete the round according to the applicable game rules. Stakes are not returned due to connection issues on the player's end.
• If a technical malfunction affects game outcomes on 999d's end, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on 999d and are displayed in the game interface before any bet is placed.
• 999d reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official close of a market or round, regardless of the displayed result.

For sports and cricket betting specifically, 999d follows standard industry rules for market settlement. Dead heats, walkovers, abandonment, and other event-specific scenarios are handled according to 999d's sports betting rules, which are available in the Betting Odds section of the platform.

999d uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Live dealer games on 999d are managed by trained human dealers operating under real-time oversight.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999d and will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any external tools to play games or place bets on 999d.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly Poker.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected exploit will be voided.
• Chip-dumping or deliberate loss of funds to another account you control or benefit from.
• Using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location in violation of applicable laws.
• Any form of money laundering through 999d's platform.

999d is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We recognise that for a small number of people, gaming can become problematic, and we take our role in preventing and addressing this seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total funds you can deposit to 999d. Limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Network or connectivity failures on the player's side
• Third-party payment provider delays or failures
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks
• Player decisions made during gaming activity on 999d

In any case, 999d's maximum aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 999d's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

999d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct has occurred
• The account is involved in money laundering or other illegal activity
• The player's age or identity cannot be verified
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of 999d or other players

In cases of voluntary closure requested by the player, any real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply. 999d aims to process voluntary closure balance returns within 5 business days.

999d may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal obligations or address urgent security concerns.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of 999d after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with amendments should close their account and withdraw their remaining balance before the effective date.
